Welcome! My name is Salina. I’m a licensed therapist and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I specialize in management of anxiety and stress management.

My background and experience over the last 10 years has been in providing services to those struggling with anxiety, grief and depression. I have provided my clients with practical tools and skill development to help them manage their day-to-day, reduce stress and anxiety so that they can build their self-confidence and self-compassion from the inside out.

Location

This group meets on the Zoom video conference platform. To protect confidentiality of all participants, group members are expected to attend meetings from a private location.
